Lots of options. Try a Crunchwrap (or Double Decker Taco). Ask for beans instead of beef, ask for extra veggies or avocado and leave off cheese and sour cream.

Practically everything works. Just substitute with almond, coconut or soy milk and skip the whipped cream! Syrups are already non-dairy. For food: Plain, sprouted and multigrain bagels, avocado spread, oatmeal with nuts and fruits - and vegan cookies.
